Ki to Beauty is a professional beauty salon offering comprehensive hair and beauty services. Our services include but are not limited to:

Hair Services

• Color Services: Blonde transformations, color refreshing, gray coverage, complete color changes
• Hair Cutting & Styling: Precision cuts, styling, layering, special event styling
• Hair Treatments: Repair treatments, conditioning, health restoration services
• Hair Extensions: Professional extension application and maintenance
• Specialized Services: Balayage, highlights, toning, and other advanced color techniques

Booking and Payment Services

• Online appointment booking system
• Secure payment processing through Stripe
• Deposit collection and final payment processing
• Automated appointment confirmations and reminders
• Cancellation and rescheduling services

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You may book appointments as a guest or create an account for enhanced features
• Account information must be accurate, current, and complete
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Information

When booking appointments, you must provide:

• Full name (first and last name)
• Valid email address
• Phone number
• Any relevant health or allergy information that may affect services

4. Appointment Booking and Policies

Booking Process

2. Questionnaire: Complete our detailed questionnaire to ensure optimal service delivery
3. Time Selection: Select from available appointment times
4. User Information: Provide required contact and personal information
5. SMS/MMS Consent: Optionally consent to receive appointment notifications via SMS/MMS
6. Confirmation: Receive appointment confirmation via email

5. Payment Terms

Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment
• Deposit amount is typically 10% of the total service cost
• Deposits are charged immediately upon booking confirmation
• Deposits are applied toward your final service total

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• Deposit Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit
• No-Shows: Failure to appear for your appointment will result in forfeiture of the full deposit

10. Privacy and Data Protection

SMS/MMS Communications

• Opt-In Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS/MMS consent box, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages
• Message Types: SMS/MMS messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related notifications
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointments. You may receive 2-4 messages per appointment
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's plan
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preferences in your account
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly
• Consent Records: We maintain records of your consent including timestamp, IP address, and method of consent for compliance purposes
